Job Description
prepare both local and continental dishes
Preparing and serving desserts, pastries and other baked foods in restaurant
Work as a team in preparing and serving other types of food
Assisting the Manager in the management of catering services both within and outside the restaurant
Assisting the restaurant’s sales marketing team
Helps out with menu planning
Ensures that all desserts, pastries and baked goods are prepared and served in a timely manner
Ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and thoroughly organized at all times
Helps with budget presentation
Orders for supplies used in making pastries and taking inventory of stock
Will be working as a caterer in a restaurant especially the baking of pastries

Qualification and Requirements
Must be NVTI holder
At least 1-2 years working experience
