RBS has been in existence in Ghana for the last decade and used to specialise in real-Estate activities. We are
now expanding to reach new markets through E-Services in West Africa, including Ghana. In its new format, RBS
wants to be seen as a thriving start-up business company with operations in four countries and Headquarters in
Accra, Ghana. We are looking forward to recruiting committed, dynamic, highly motivated and skilled staff. There
is a high potential of growth for skilled people in the targeted fields provided they can demonstrate their
TALENTS. General remarks for the available positions:
 We are providing 24h/7 services. You must be available to work during night shifts and on Sundays, when it
is required.
 Work hours per week: 40 to 45.
Job purpose
Under the leadership of the RBS Director, The
Commercial Agent will:
 Engage with local companies to present the RBS
 Ensure the company commercial goals are met
 Ensure productivity and satisfaction targets set by
the Director of RBS are met or exceeded
 Manage, supervise and guide a team of 3 to 5 site
 Assign productivity targets to site agents
 Develop innovative, responsible and honest
engagement methods to enable the company to
achieve expansion
 Manage external communication with Clients
 Prepare weekly reports to be validated by the RBS
 Any other task assigned by the RBS Director
The Commercial Agent is expected to act as a contact
/ focal point for the company and may be called to
travel inside and outside Ghana. You should be fully
available and capable to travel by car or air.
You should be able to demonstrate your capacity to
achieve satisfactorily the tasks assigned to you. This
could mean that you hold a suitable degree and that
you have sufficient field experience to lead the
activities assigned. A degree on a relevant field and
related work experience will be considered assets.
Skills & Abilities
The following skills are considered essential:
 Fluency in oral and written English and knowledge
of at least two additional languages
 Excellent communication skills to engage clients
and manage customers
 Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to
engage and train other personnel
 Ability to multi-task
 Ability to plan and organise work, manage
conflicting priorities and work under pressure
 Ability to use Word, Excel and other Microsoft
Office tools
 Fast learner
 Honesty
The following skills are desirable:
 Knowledge of French
 Experience with smartphone usage
 Experience with Facebook usage
 Driving licence (B)
