1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
2. Sell to clients our products and services (eg. pay for a premium listing)
3. Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedule.
4. Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future postings and payments.
5. Reach out to customer leads through cold-calls.
6. Run a periodic fraud survey on customer portals
7. Act as a virtual assistant
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Minimum HND with a Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or Related Field
Must have at least one-year proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or a relevant role (a related industry will be an added advantage)
Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills.
Strong Verbal and Written Communicator.
Excellent Phone and Presentation Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (G-Suite will be an added advantage).
Must have Good Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills
