Responsibilities
Tonaton.com is looking for a customer support executive who will review the influx of adverts (ads) against the defined guidelines and respond to customer support emails. The job includes catering for both inbound and outbound requests.
Making calls to customers on behalf of the company, reviewing verified poster ads, etc. The executive must be proactive in responding and handling different queries, requests and complaints of customers as well as fully aware of the company’s policies and procedures on products and services.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Adhering to all Tonaton.com’s quality guidelines in reviewing ads with
highest quality
Anticipating problems and needs of customers and providing solutions
Handling high pressure workload
Maintaining high confidentiality of valuable information
Be knowledgeable of the products and services of the organisation
Conducting periodic surveys to maintain and improve quality inventory on the site; customer experience
Proactively coming out with challenges and solutions within area of work.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Ensuring working tools are always in their right conditions
Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager

Eligibility
Experience in Customer Service
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office - (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Attention to details
Proficiency in Google Docs is an advantage
