We are looking to add a results-driven, hands-on Manager of Jobs Vertical, who has the same high ambitions and drive to help fuel the growth of the business.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will own the entire Vertical from strategy to operations and ensure Tonaton.com stays the largest Jobs site in Ghana helping people to find the right jobs and companies to find the right talent.

Job purpose
Responsible for the management and growth of the Jobs Verticals at the national level.
Responsible for managing and handling the P&L of the unit.
Build a defined working territory according to guidelines.
Responsible for setting the direction and KPIs of the verticals.
Analyze and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Build key partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities to achieve vertical goals.
Monitor market, competitor environment, and feedback gaps and product needs to management.
Work with the support functions to drive high-level customer service.
Share revenue-generating ideas and opportunities.
Build a high performing team through recruitment, reward, and retention.
Take ownership and do whatever it takes to get the job done ethically!.

Eligibility

3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Prior experience of working in an online recruitment site would have added advantage.
Experienced in building business cases and dealing with management and board members.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and generate meaningful insights and reports.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and business development management skills
